The staff was really friendly and the place was immaculately clean. The location was marvellous, close to Robert Dundas. I went everywhere from a bus station as it was close to the hotel. Quadruple room was functional and stylish with a king sized bed. The property team were ready to help.

The breakfast was sensational with amazing warm croissants and all the food was brilliant. It was in a super central setting right beside the water taxi's. Street food restaurant Fontego delle Dolcezze was 500 metres away from the place.
We didn't have lift, were a little disappointed.

The location was marvellous and the staff was really friendly during the whole stay! Great to be 100 metres away from Fontego delle Dolcezze, enjoyed our meal there.
